Hadn't been to Midwood's own world-famous master of the pizza for a while, but TQ got called in to work today and was supposed to be home at 3 and I thought that between that timing it still being pretty cold, today might be a good day to go get a pie. It was; unfortunately TQ got stuck at work but what's left is awaiting his arrival. Never heard of world famous DiFara's?
Here's a nice intro!
Just when it seems that the forces of evil have won and that we're all headed towards an inevitable Round Table fate in life, you find a guy like this and think there just may be some hope for mankind.
ReplyDeleteWonderful! I'm just learning to make pizza again with ingredients I can safely consume. It's a great medium and so flexible for those who care to put in the effort.
ReplyDeleteI can smell it now...
The Beaton's of pizza....
ReplyDeleteA perfect comparison. Everything done with care, much done by hand.
ReplyDeleteI really hope Beaton's comes through OK.
They're already looking so much better. I may have over-reacted at first. They'll be fine.
ReplyDeleteExcellent! And it makes sense that people who have made a livelihood caring for and fixing things they love are going to be able to care for and fix their own business, too, even if it's a tough haul. Look forward to news (and photos, always love your Beaton's photo-odes).
