Where's My Hasenpfeffer?

Marinating in a bag in the refrigerator. Where's YOUR hasenpfeffer?

aaaand, seven hours later or so - does that look any better? :D

  3. I will have to do a post-cooking shot though. I've cooked rabbit before, but I've never used this recipe, and the color is making me wonder if I'm going to end up with another purple dinner!

  4. I used to hunt rabbits in high school. I'd clean them and eat them.

  5. Oh, it was delicious! The meat came out of the marinade a very odd color because of the red wine, but it browned up absolutely beautifully. I'll definitely use that recipe again.
