Sitting in front of the breading station, I noticed for the first time this time that each different seafood gets a slightly different treatment! Must be part of why it's so good.
If you ever want to go, let me know, maybe we could have a blogger gathering there! And if I can't get anybody else to join us I could get there on the train.
