i have a dog post coming up soon. dog in PA mountains?
Yep, on a walk we do right out of TQ's front door. That's Bella, she's always bouncy but with the snow, she doesn't run, she ka-boings. I just couldn't stop laughing watching her. Her buddy Buzz is several years older & a lot bigger & he just sort goes through the drifts like a little bulldozer (and mostly likes to stay in a broken trail) - I'm not sure he loves the snow quite as much as she does, but they both seem to enjoy it! No paddling this time, TQ was getting over a cold & besides, the Allegheny wasn't frozen solid but there was enough ice to make it discouraging. The launch was open water but there was enough ice that we mostly hiked this this time. Have to say it did make it easier to pack!
.....and sand too! Check out new pics on my blog.
I really do love snow, but I'm starting to itch for warmer weather!
Oh, we had a good time hiking in the snow, but I too am looking forward to the time when we start moving from weather for Santy Claus to weather for sandy paws!Nice-looking dog, Cowboygrrrl!
Dogs are just so good at doing "happy."
Snow's OK - as long as I have my heated bed to retreat to later!
