New Year's Day Paddle

Sebago Canoe Club's annual Frostbite Regatta, Club Potluck & General Meeting was postponed until next weekend due to continuing access issue - but with an absolutely gorgeous forecast for the first day of 2011, a few of us made our way to the club for a paddle. It wasn't a particularly long one but it was absolutely gorgeous out there & the Jamaica Bay harbor seals were feeling especially social - we saw three of them, and the first two followed us for a very long time!

And although the water quality was not great, I still couldn't resist a few rolls.
