Being the Continuing Adventures of a Woman and her Trusty Kayak in New York Harbor, the Hudson River, and Beyond.
(with occasional political rants just to keep things lively!)
Been by a few times, but never was lucky enough to eat there. Hopefully it's as good as I've always imagined!
Well, I haven't got much basis for comparison, this was the first place I'd ever tried a lobster roll & the Red Hook Lobster Pound is the only other place I've really added to the list - but the lobster is fresh, and there's loads of it, and I think it's good!
I've never had lobster roll. Sounds great.
mmm, are these your bikes?Greetings,Filip
No! Sweet, aren't they? Fellow Long Island paddler Tom is a biker, and I took this picture 'cause he was fairly drooling over the shiny things.
LUNCH!The lobster rolls there are very good.
Thank you! I barely dared to offer an opinion as I am an uneducated neophyte in the field of lobster roll quality assesment.
Ha! John cracked me up this afternoon with this update:""a brief wave height increase to a MASSIVE TWO FEET :-) in the afternoon."AIEEE! SCARY!
I thought Lunch was a west coast chain. Glad to see they've got places back east, too.
Check out the fried oyster appetizer!http://www.lobsterroll.com/lobSouth/menus.html
