Stop the Cupidity--love it! Of course Singles Awareness Day spells out "S.A.D." I'm sure that's just a coincidence...
Oh, and here I was trying so hard to ignore the unfortunate acronym!
I would really like that to just be a coincidence - one of the things I never liked about Valentine's Day was this sense it gives that you're some kind of loser if you DON'T have a poopshie-woopshie. I'm in a good long-term relationship these days & I like it, but single, in my mind, does NOT equal sad. There are actually things I miss about being single.
Maybe that's why there's no
Marriage Awareness Day.
