Hang in there Boston...
remembered this lovely video, thought I would share it again.
I participated in the Run of the Charles canoe and kayak races a couple of years ago, and was amazed that you could find bucolic kayaking in an urban setting. It was great. I think that this year's edition is scheduled for next weekend, and my bet is that there will be just a little extra sense of purpose among the paddlers.

Thanks Bonnie. It's good to be reminded on this awful day of what Boston really is like most of the time.
bonnie, thanks for posting this! it is such a great video.
You're welcome. Happier days - they'll be back. I can't even remember who started this into circulation, but I just loved it.
I'm not sure I've ever actually been there, I may have been when I was very little. It looks lovely here - I really should go visit sometime.
