Escape from Black Friday 2016
A variety of promising escape routes, all right here in Brooklyn! How convenient.
Looks like a nice escape while eeryone else was out shopping at Kings Plaza or elsewhere. Been a long, long time since I've been to the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens.
You'd see some new things if you ever made it back, they've got a lot of new stuff. Unfortunately they laid off their science department a few years back, and I haven't heard any updates since this one in 2013. That was really too bad, and I haven't been as frequent a visitor since then. Birding friends told me that the latest new addition was worth seeing, though, and it really is nice.
