A thick soup made of the leaves of the callaloo bush, okra & spices.
Ends up about in the same aesthetic family as mushy peas!
Yum! And my favorite is 'loveable Shmu (sp) Awwwwww. Bonnie, share that recipe with your garden neighbor here. Been wanting to know how it's made. PS - let's grow some this year!
