Day In The Life of a Seal

wait 'til you see the movie he was in!

Friday evening note: And while I wait with bated breath for the final cut of the collaborative short (very short) film in which Mr. Seal here appeared, here's another wonderful sample of stop-motion animation, courtesy of My2Fish. Loved the dancing mermaid's purses!

Don't know, but he played with a ball in his scene. Can't wait to get the final version!

What are those delicious looking desserts? And are they real, or made of clay too?

Oh, those were good although they were actually more of a savory than a sweet. Simple, too - phyllo dough shells, filled with goat cheese, with a nice big piece of dried fig on top.

I've done something similar with blue cheese & pears.

Silly me. I couldn't work out what the fillings were and assumed they were sweet.

Don't they have computers to do that nowadays:-)
I have to admit, It is much funner to play with clay.

Awww, haven't you ever seen any of the Ardman spectaculars - or even that wonderful little video with the toy boat and the chorus line of mermaid's purses? Stop motion is far from dead!

That seal rides home on the subway?

Must be a trained seal.
