Packing up...
All packed up for City of Water Day. Yippee!
And on a totally unrelated topic -
Happy Aloha Friday! Isn't this a funny thing for me to have found buried in the leaves in the woods behind TQ's parents' house in suburban Connecticut?
As a Brit, I feel very conflicted about this. On the one hand, it is very entertaining for the Union Jack to be part of the flag of a US state, but it is tragic that one of our greatest explorers and navigators died there.

Ah-ha - thanks to Chris and Mr Google I have tracked it down.
Well blow me down with a feather (or words to that effect), never knew that.
Here's how that happened - it was a gesture of genuine respect & appreciation by Kamehameha the First.
Excellent background.
Well if they ever are interested again to be a "British protectorate", I'd be happy to lead a fact-finding mission on behalf of HM!
Well, there's definitely a sovereignty movement.
If there's a protectorate movement they need to get a better PR man.
Perhaps Buff Staysail should get on the case?
Alas Buff is in trouble again.... will explain shortly
Oh, Biff, Biff, Biff...
Biff? Sounds like Buff when he's got a cold - or what Mrs Murdoch did to that cream pie man.
