Hadn't been to Midwood's own world-famous master of the pizza for a while, but TQ got called in to work today and was supposed to be home at 3 and I thought that between that timing it still being pretty cold, today might be a good day to go get a pie. It was; unfortunately TQ got stuck at work but what's left is awaiting his arrival. Never heard of world famous DiFara's?
Here's a nice intro!

Just when it seems that the forces of evil have won and that we're all headed towards an inevitable Round Table fate in life, you find a guy like this and think there just may be some hope for mankind.
Wonderful! I'm just learning to make pizza again with ingredients I can safely consume. It's a great medium and so flexible for those who care to put in the effort.
I can smell it now...
The Beaton's of pizza....
A perfect comparison. Everything done with care, much done by hand.
I really hope Beaton's comes through OK.
They're already looking so much better. I may have over-reacted at first. They'll be fine.
Excellent! And it makes sense that people who have made a livelihood caring for and fixing things they love are going to be able to care for and fix their own business, too, even if it's a tough haul. Look forward to news (and photos, always love your Beaton's photo-odes).
