I want a "Q ship" (disguised as a merchant vessel) to capture a bunch of pirates.
Then, forget waterboarding; I would run the pirates through several days of riding on little boats through a tunnel while listening to "It's a Small World After All." Aaargh, matey! Then finish them off with American daytime television.
